Ellie Elisabeth is an indie author with a love for building worlds where angels, demons, and mortals collide. Her debut novel, The Half Life, was inspired by two powerful moments in her life: the loss of her mother, which shaped the emotional heart of her story, and a vivid dream of a strange being in a movie theater; Zeke, the mysterious Half Life himself.
A graduate of Towson University with a degree in Electronic Media and Film (and failed English minor. Let’s talk about how we teach English…), Ellie has always been fascinated by mythology and the way creation stories across cultures echo one another. She channels that same sense of wonder into her writing, crafting stories that explore destiny, sacrifice, and hope.
When she’s not writing, Ellie spends her days on the East Coast with her son, five dogs, and four cats. She loves grooming dogs, staying active, playing Pokémon Go, attending dog shows, and, like any good storyteller, daydreaming about the worlds she’ll create next.
